確認(rèn)了網(wǎng)站的目標(biāo)了以后，就需要考慮影響目標(biāo)用戶訪問網(wǎng)站的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)因素了，這些因素將決定網(wǎng)頁最終的顯示和使用。
